Yard Sign Order Form

Congratulations to your student! Thank you for ordering a sign! Please fill out the information below and email a high-resolution photo or photos to hi@melissaives.com. I will create your sign and send you a design proof to approve. Payment is due at approval. I will take orders until the end of April and place the order at the beginning of May. When they are in, I will email you so we can make delivery or meeting arrangements. I look forward to working with you!
